Forget sourdough – its time to up your iso-kitchen game with this online cheesemaking workshop from Taylor Made Wines (by our very own Taylors Wines) & Omnom Cheese Making
It can’t get any cheddar than this! An online cheese making and wine tasting workshop is heading to Facebook Live next month, brought to you by South Australia’s Taylor Made Wines and expert cheesemaker and founder of Sydney’s Omnom Cheese Making , Marly Badia .
With everything from drawing classes, music concerts and house parties moving online in response to necessary social distancing restrictions, Taylor Made and Omnom Cheese Making have come together up your iso-skillset and help you make what is arguably the trendiest cheese at the moment – burrata.
This one-night-only burrata making and wine tasting workshop is heading to screens on Wednesday, 26 August at 6:00 pm AEST via Taylors Made’s Facebook page .
Artisanal cheese and wine lovers have the opportunity to join in the live session and make their own burrata by purchasing a limited edition Taylor Made x Omnom Meditteranean Cheese Making Kit , but fromage fans should get in quick as there are only 100 kits available to purchase.
Each kit includes specific tools and ingredients to make a mix of Meditteranean inspired cheeses along with a select varietal from the Taylor Made Wines portfolio – Chardonnay, Rosé or Pinot Noir.* Kits must be purchased by 18 August to ensure timely delivery for the live event and are available for delivery to most major metropolitan postcodes (regional delivery not guaranteed).
Joining Marly to host the live session is wine lover, chef and friend to Taylor Made Wines, Will Stewart . Along with assisting Marly in making burrata, he will also guide viewers through a tasting of Taylor Made Wines and provide his expert tips on creating an Insta-worthy cheese platter.
